Very well delivered and set out course. Far more content at a deeper level than I anticipated. unfortunately, the notes/pre-reading booklet was not emailed until halfway through the first day and apparently the exam link will be sent in a month, by which time I will struggle to remember what I learned for it.

A bit rushed, being dyslexic could have done with time to make and read notes, not rest straight after 3 intense modules same day

I think it was beneficial for people new to management role. The trainer was friendly, engaging. The course was interactive.
