Very good course, Materials used were very informative including slides and video's Team exercises we very constructive and gained great insight during feed back sessions Pace of delivery was very good , Instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to answered all questions raised during the course.

Lynne is a great, genuine tutor who makes learning engaging by getting everyone involved and asking questions to help you each an answer in a non embarrassing manner. Sharing personal stories helped a lot to show empathy and understanding of situations.

Craig is one of the best teachers i have encountered so far the course delivery and extensive knowledge he has shown has been class throughly enjoyed the course !
