This course has provided some real lightbulb moments for me as a manager and I appreciate even just the thinking time to process how I can improve as a manager I liked that the mornings had a lot more of the key informative subjects while the afternoons were more interactive I have taken away a lot of key points to use

Laura was very hands on, made the learning experience relevant to real life situations. Laura also made sure everyone understood and explained or demonstrated until they did. Very informative.
