Very interesting and challenging for our culture evolution, much needed

I found the course really interesting and useful. The facilitator was really good in explainning the situations and giving guidance to approach every conflilct.

I believe the course was insightful and interesting. Only thing to note: would be I would have found interesting how to handle certain ‘complaints’ examples - and how to handle or deal with them (the language to use)
