Nick conducted the course very concise and professionally.
The trainer was very enthusiastic and kept us all engaged throughout the session and kept us all interacting with each other to share experiences and our opinions/views on the different elements of the session.

I think based on our wide scope Ian did a great job of covering what we needed to at the right level, only wish the course could have been longer so we could ask even more questions and get into even more detail! But definitely given me the foundations to do some additional learning on my own and will be able to apply this back in my role.
I hope that positive change within my department arrives soon, but am not optimistic that this will happen soon
