Great overview with interesting case studies.
Very interesting. Was nice that it was more of a discussion than training. Made you think about how you relate to people rather than "reading from a script"
The course overall was very good, definite has some practical applications.

I would prefer in person training. But still enjoyed the training. I think I would have preferred the Course spread across two weeks. Rachel was full of energy, enthusiasm and encouraged everyone to get involved.
