Great course, Rebecca was brilliant and very professional in delivering the course
Rebecca was very thorough with the information she give us, all relevant information. I feel more confident in my job role going forward and I know if I ever needed to ask Rebecca something I could drop her a message. Doesn't put people on the spot, really encouraging and if you don't answer correctly she'll say that's really good also this.. which is refreshing to hear instead of having an instructor put you down in front of people.
Our facilitator was very knowledgeable and presented the course very well. Rebbecca used a variety of methods to keep the course interesting, current and relevant. I thoroughly enjoy the course and can confirm Rebbecca is an asset to your setup.
Enjoyed the course , had done it quite recently with another company. It was presented really well and we all got involved
I think George's stories were really beneficial and relevant to the course. Thank you for your time
