I really enjoyed participating in this training. It provided me with great tools and knowledge to apply to my role and how to become more confident.

Liz was a great trainer who was always happy to give examples and encourage us to answer our own questions. She was very insightful and was able to make a heavy course interesting and hands on.

This course was brilliant. A couple of the videos from the first day were a little basic, and didn't add anything to what the course tutor said (the Lencioni video was great, though) and some subjects that were touched on that are full courses in their own right could probably be dropped from this one (critical thinking and project management) but otherwise, the pace and content of the course was excellent. Performance and conflict management were extremely useful. The interactive and group task elements were engaging and built on the course content well.

Course was ok as a team leader point but some areas weren’t relevant to our area of work

Very good course which was well run by Craig. Would recommend this course to others.

What a great course, this is the third IEMA course I have done but the first via Microsoft teams. Craig is a great and knowledgable trainer, positive, did some great group work and took regular breaks. Always happy to add a bit of his personal experience which added to the understanding and educational piece. Couldn’t recommend more! Will be using again.

Good course

I found the course hard work but I did like the mix of workbook, video and instructor led learning. Although I found quality of the videos weren’t great and some of the voiceovers on the videos were off putting. Craig was great, clearly knowledgeable about the subject.

Very engaging and informative. Had some interesting points and development techniques that will help me develop further as a new team leader.
