A good course delivered in a safe environment which promoted openness. Some thought provoking insights and useful models which can be applied in a wide range of situations.
The course was relevant to my work and I was able to use examples from my experience in order to clarify points. There were lots of examples of theory (eg acronyms etc) which were posited as guidance and strategies for change. An improvement could have been the addition of some concrete examples of change implementation (e.g. for communicating change and getting buy in - perhaps a video of a change consultation taking place?). Despite a few IT hiccups in general this was a good session.
Very enjoyable and very helpful. The facilitator was very engaging and very professional. Gave good scenarios we could use with our day to day.
Course was at right pace & level for participants
Andrew kept the class entertained and engaged through out the course with his use of different teaching aids. It made the drive there and back seem like the longest part of the day
I enjoyed the course and it made me think of things differently as regards to team leading.
Really enjoyed the course and found it very easy to follow with the book and projector slides. Will recommend to others.
The course was well thought out and planned. Luke had something of a tough crowd, but used humor and regular breaks to keep up engaged.
