A good day of learning

Overall a good and informative 2 day session, learnt a few things to help me conduct my duties

Great course but a lot of sitting & listening throughout the day some more movement would be great

Overall an amazing course with plenty of back and forth. Took us out of our comfort zone to try new ways of managing/coaching. Just take out the long video.

Very interesting and challenging for our culture evolution, much needed

I found the course really interesting and useful. The facilitator was really good in explainning the situations and giving guidance to approach every conflilct.

I believe the course was insightful and interesting. Only thing to note: would be I would have found interesting how to handle certain ‘complaints’ examples - and how to handle or deal with them (the language to use)
