Fantastic trainer great course has open my eyes to so much more when it comes to Health & Safety in the work place and how we all have a duty of care to ourselves & fellow co workers to be as safe as possible and limit the risks
Excellent trainer, excellent materials and excellent delivery.
The course was relevant to my work and I was able to use examples from my experience in order to clarify points. There were lots of examples of theory (eg graphs, acronyms, accounts etc) which were posited as guidance and strategies for change. An improvement could have been the addition of some concrete examples of change implementation (e.g. for communicating change and getting buy in - perhaps a video of a change consultation taking place?). This was an enjoyable session.
The course is very useful and entertaining. They give very useful advice and let you have a chance to reflect on how to deliver a message of change to different audiences in the best manner.

Despite a few IT hiccups in general this was a good session.
