It was a very well laid out, clear and extremely informative session. I have gained a lot of knowledge in Education and Training in such a short space of time. Suzanne was an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable, lovely, fun and excellent and managing the pace of the course. Very supportive which I really appreciated. Covid aside, demonstrated good practical demonstrations. Enjoyed the back and forth.
Covid prevented hands on interaction but was overcome by the excelent presentation and adaption.

I have been on a number pf courses where similr content has been discussed in the past. The difference here is Andrew and his delivery. The delivery throughout was excellent, he shows a real understanding of the subject matter and how it is applied in reality. It is clear that he has been there and done it. He is also realistic in that he knows that many principles will not work in all situations and that sometimes the situation cannot be salvaged. Heavily recommend the course for anyone who wants to improve or reaffirm their management ideals.
I feel that I've learned a lot from this course. I look forward to using everything that I have learned in work.
