I had heard great feedback from my colleagues that attended the course last year so I was already looking forward to it. After experiencing the course myself I found it incredibly engaging, interesting and insightful. I had the opportunity to strengthen my relationships with my colleagues I wouldn’t usually work so closely with and understand more about them as people and how we all work together. I found it quite eye opening to look at myself in situations and judge myself based on that initial reaction. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and Ian was a very interesting and engaging trainer. I felt that the structure of the course was poorly weighted. I would have preferred to have spent longer concentrating on the exam and less time on the NG2 side of things. I feel that 2 weeks on NG2 would probably have been sufficient and 7-8 weeks on NG1 would have been better.

Opened up some new ideas to try and improve working practices.

I Found the coarse interesting and informative on how to deal with certain situations.
