Excellent course. One of the best courses I've attended in a long time, George is a really good facilitator (knows his subjects) made the course enjoyable for all participants. Everyone felt they benefited from today. Highly recommend

Ian, (My facilitator) was great, I have gained quite a bit of knowledge from him. And I will be pitching my Director for additional sessions.

The course was engaging with good interaction between attendees and the tutor; also helped by the real life examples and videos throughout the course.

overall course material was impressive, however there is some space for up-to-date material

very good course, well instructed by james. my only issue is some data is out of date. also with the practice questions i think there could be multiple correct answers.

Fantastic learning experience with James, very engaging and full of knowledge.

Obviously online course have their limitations so would have preferred face to face, but that option wasn't available. James was an engaging fasciitator and did his best online. The content was good and engaging. It was a little dated (2021) and at times, particularly in the more dense topics, would prefer more case studies that we could relate the information to.
