I thought both the course content and the trainer were excellent. Well structured course that eaily delivered on its learning objectives.
I have really enjoyed this course. I feel that i have not only enhanced skills I already had but have increased my knowledge. The facilitator was motivating, supportive and captured my attention throughout. there was regular checking on the groups learning and lots of opportunities for group work. The pace of teaching was good and allowed opportunities to ask questions.
Suzanne was amazing and kept me engaged throughout. From her experience and examples discussed Suz was a great trainer and made me trust & respect her immediately. The course was well structured and gives you enough time to reflect on learning and complete work in between each session.

Good Trainer- this training, since COVID, is the first one online. Very difficult keeping focus audience but the trainer managed to do so.
It is incredible useful to be able to do this course in this way, a lot of information was shared and gathered. The course was relevant to my needs in my organization. I will like to do a first aid in work course with TSW and potentially further my knowledge in Occupational Safety and health.
Struggled with technology but lots of help from TSW
The course was informative and enjoyable thanks to Rebecca's knowledge and delivery. She was able to gauge a good pace of learning for the collective group and was able to keep everyone engaged. I have gained new skills that I will be able to actively implement in the workplace.
