I was a fun way to learn about communication and learn more about your other staff members.
It was an enjoyable and informative course and gave the opportunity to see and work with other colleagues which isn't always possible with remote working.
I thought the course was mentally challenging at first as this was new to me and dealt with sensitive situations. This was essential in looking to help me understand all aspects of mental health. It was good that it was over 2 weeks as it would have been too much to in one day. Great training and trainer
