I thoroughly enjoyed the training session, I found the interaction by the trainer very refreshing and interesting as he shared life experiences. Had a bit of a challenge with being remote due to audio at times but that was no fault of the trainer, he made me feel very included in the session.
The tutor was knowledgeable on the subject and pragmatic in applying it to our bespoke equipment.
I really enjoyed the course. Suzanne was fantastic and I am looking forward to putting into practice what I have learnt.

I think the course was great. I have learned about the training as much as I learned about myself as a trainer, and how many great ideas and learnings I can implement to become better at what I am doing. The order of the subjects could have corresponded better with the presentation, but the tutor, Suzanne, made it clear what subjects we're doing which was great. Overall it was well worth it, the tutor was engaging and the information was great so I would definitely recommend it.
I think the course being run over 3 weeks was not the right thing to do and believe courses like these are normally done over 3 straight days and think this would of been better not sure who's choice this was either Bron Afon or TSW.
Excellent lecturer. Really interesting and engaging. By far the best course I have been on, in a long while.
Good course educational for the workplace. Quite intense a lot to take in within a short period. Too many disturbances during course would have benefited off site.
