This was my first online classroom course, and it delivered higher than expected. Chris Lee was knowledgeable, kept us engaged and made the course run smooth. Enjoyable course delivered excellently.

Great course. Something I’m interested in. Peter was brilliant. He used a lot of his experiences through stories. Which made them a lot easier to remember. He gave a lot of good advice and was very engaging. I enjoyed the methods he used. He engaged everyone in the group which I thought was a great idea.

I really enjoyed this course and I am really happy that I got an opportunity to complete this. I enjoyed the mixture of learning - webinars, the manual, video clips and exercises. I enjoyed the different ways of interaction in the webinars (going into separate rooms to discuss things in smaller groups). Mandy was a great trainer, really knowledgeable, friendly and getting us to really think about the things we were discussing. I would recommend this course to anyone as I feel that it has given me the knowledge and confidence to help someone. Its definitely made me appreciate mental health a lot more and I now think differently. I would also like to continue my learning in this to assist me in my work and personal life.
