Trainer was approachable, humble, interested in our work and how IOSH applies to our roles. He managed to keep me engaged in the topics (that are not my passion) where other trainers have failed to do this!

Andrew is a fantastic coach and delivered a great course. Informative and engaging. I feel the skills I have learnt will help me to lead my team more efficiently and I have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. I have learned a lot with the course, and I believed I can apply this to my current role.
Slides were too wordy, and much of the course was just the trainer reading out the slides. We did have interactive discussions but I think more interactive elements would make the course far more interesting.

I found the course beneficial and engaging. Rachael was great and tailored the course and examples given to each individual and did research on our companies to make it more personalised which was excellent.
Really enjoyed the course it will really help with my customer service in my role.
