I found this course highly valuable and feel I have gained incredibly useful knowledge and insights into my own management and leadership style. The course was really interesting and the trainer was engaging and supportive throughout the course.
I was nervous at first doing this course on teams as this training method was new to me. The tutor Andrew Wallbridge was very explanative, patient, encouraging and soon set us all at ease. The experiences and knowledge Andrew has was broad and relevant and was very pertinent to the course. I had full support from TSW to register for the course and feel a lot more capable and competent after completion and will be doing an Internal Auditing course with Tsw soon.
First training in a a very long time, first time on Teams and online training - very good, will be seeking some funding to do more courses with you!
The training book provided complemeted the course well. It was easy to manage with the various sections. Key information and terms to remember are usually highlighted bold and I found that helpful when Luke went back over things. I feel much more positive in my role as a manager now to contribute and progress with H&S at work.
