Excellent course and I learned a lot on how to become a brilliant interviewer in future Really enjoyed the either a rose or a daisy exercise. Thanks Andrew a great course and time well spent.
Some information within the presentation could be altered to better balance the course e.g. Showing negative and positive sides to situations.
A credit to George , one of the best courses I've been on , kept you engrossed and interacted with everyone. course was better than expected and interesting the different aspects of customer service.
Trainer was approachable, humble, interested in our work and how IOSH applies to our roles. He managed to keep me engaged in the topics (that are not my passion) where other trainers have failed to do this!
Andrew was/is a power house of knowledge and has expanded my remit of understanding to become a better if not great leader.
