This course has provided some real lightbulb moments for me as a manager and I appreciate even just the thinking time to process how I can improve as a manager I liked that the mornings had a lot more of the key informative subjects while the afternoons were more interactive I have taken away a lot of key points to use
George was an excellent trainer. Astounding how much knowledge he has. Gave me some very good techniques to use, apps to aid me and books to read. A big thank you!

I found the course very well presented and interesting. Peter was very knowledgeable and kept it up beat throughout the hours which makes a course more interesting and you are more likely to take on board the advice given.
