James is clearly a very knowledgeable tutor with a wealth of experiences which were fantastic when carrying out the course. The course content was a little hard to follow at times and often deviated from the presentation slides which became slightly confusing. There was a lot of debate encouraged which was sometimes hard on teams but overall the course was very good and I would recommend to anyone interested.

The facilitator went out of his way to give me additional help and support.

I found the Trainer Tim to be very helpful and attentive and he made sure that everyone was following along and that everyone understood. he made it quite interactive by asking questions to everyone so that everyone had to take part. however, i found the course contents to be highly focused on shortcuts and simple formulas such as If statements. the aspects that included the pivot tables and VLOOKUP's were very helpful
