Duncan was brilliant in his job role as a trainer he made everyone understand the modules covered and how to apply the coaching and mentoring side. He used different scenarios which made it easier to understand really enjoyed the course and will be applying what I have learnt to my Job Roll. The venue was good. Adequate breaks
As a trainer Duncan had a very engaging style and was very informative and knowledgeable. The size of the group (6) was good for learning and comfortable for skills parts. I’d recommend to colleagues

An interesting course delivered in an engaging way. Andrew’s easy-going but informative and supportive style ensured the subjects were understood and enjoyed. It was divided in way that allowed me to allocate enough time to writing after going through the assessment criteria.
