Good course , need to do basic skills training with team leader next, applying this work is difficult, but will find time , even if I have to do it at home, as we are constantly fire fighting , and re acting to events breakdowns which ties up your time
Very good delivery of the course materials. Made it easier to understand and to apply in the workplace.
Good course , some tasks initially unclear regarding format and word count
Great thought provoking sessions, a good balance of content, discussion and application.
Highly informative and looked at concepts from different perspectives which was refreshing.
