looking forward to the Intermediate course

Very informative course, gave a lot of information at a pace all the group could run to! Learned so much information to help with my beginners level using excel

The facilitator was clear and transparent and came across very well. I feel I have learned and can transfer these skills across within my working role.

Andrew was brilliant, had lots of stories to tell to relate it back to the theory’s and models being shared

Very interesting course and loved that it wasn’t death by PowerPoint. Very interactive with YouTube clips, fun little games and relevant role playing.

Trainer was excellent and although some of the content was information I was aware of, lots of it was new and were new ideas and processes I can put into practice when mentoring.
