Peter Harris was a very approachable person with excellent mechanical knowledge, who delivered a very informative and helpful training session . Booking the coarse was simple, and the staff at TSW were very helpful.
I found the course we had today with George was very professional and we learnt new ways and skills to help manage customer complaints. The amount of useful information used I found to be very effective and I will use them in my practice. Overall it was an outstanding course.
