Decent course but after having completed the IEMA certificate, parts were repetitive (already covered) with not as much depth. Would recommend doing this or IEMA foundation first before moving on.

Lynne didn't quite hit the mark on day 1, which she is aware of but pulled it out of of the bag on day 2. Hugely impressed by how she was able to acknowledge and act on the feedback she received.

I felt that the structure of the course was poorly weighted. I would have preferred to have spent longer concentrating on the exam and less time on the NG2 side of things. I feel that 2 weeks on NG2 would probably have been sufficient and 7-8 weeks on NG1 would have been better.

The course content was tailored to my job , I found it interesting and insightful and will use the tools given to be a better line manager

Good range of topics, could have gone more in depth on some as a lot of us already had knowledge. Speed at which we went through/ amount of time we spent on each could have been optimised. Spent a long time practicing making macros in the "my house" exercise, but then not much time understanding/practising pivot tables which we identified that we didn't have much knowledge on already, and would be more useful.

I would have liked a copy of the book as an ebook as well as the paper copy

Slow paced. It could have been in done in a day and a half.

I think it would be useful to have more practical examples. Perhaps the morning is the course content and the afternoon is numerous examples of slinging and lifting. (Appreciate this is dependent on what is available on site, no access on our site on the day so would need to have pre planned )
