I really enjoyed the escape room and more examples of putting things into practice would have been great. A lot of the other stuff felt a bit theoretical and it wasn't always clear what the practical use of it was for instance the ego states. When we went over them again, it was clearer but initially I wasn't sure if we were aiming to identify peoples ego states or change their ego states.

A very pleasant day release course from which I have been able to take away many items to improve my performance as a manager.
