Really enjoyed the course, has helped my knowledge of Excel and taught me new techniques that I will be able to apply to my work in the future. Tim was great and very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and I feel more confident now.
James Wyse was engaging and very positive &helpful during the week. it must be difficult to read people over teams but as stated James was very good and with real world experience so it was better put across during the course. So thank you for a very good highly informative training experience, as it was my first training course completed via teams.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course! The concept of presentation skills without any PowerPoint presentations fascinated me, and the two days were so interesting and fascinating. It focused on real skills to make any talk / presentation / training interesting and engaging and will definitely help me in my role. George is a fantastic trainer, he is engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and supports the learning with lots of interesting and relevant stories / research / anecdotes which help make it real. I would definitely recommend this course and it’s been a great use of my time!
