This is an excellent training course. Professional trainer delivered the training and made it easy to relate the content to every day work activities. The content was interesting and interactive - easy to understand and learn from.
Excellent. The only reason I have marked down the first two answers is because I know I won’t find it easy to change long-established behaviors. All WWU managers should attend this course within 12 months of joining the company. Had I attended 5 years ago I would have achieved more and found it easier to manage a very capable but very challenging individual.

This course has been fun and interactive, I feel I learn best whilst testing out the instructions and Rich was a great support and teacher. I have learned lots of techniques and tricks today to help with my role and responsibilities.
