Great trainer, presented really well, really good interactions and tasks.
Overall I really enjoyed and loved the session. It was very engaging and I learnt a lot. I was able to question myself on a lot of different aspects and found a lot of answers on how to provide great customer service.
I found the course very interesting in places however yesterdays course (Mental Health & Diversity) was too long winded, unnecessarily stretched out to fill a day and because of this it was unhelpful to say the least.
Neil Etheridge is an engaging, very funny and an outstanding teacher. He made the course enjoyable and explained things in very straightforward and entertaining way. Highly recommended
Dave was really engaging. Very useful interactive session. Highly recommended. Escape room and personality colour were great!!
