James has led the training so far very well, the course has been engaging and well structured. We have been allowed to discuss our thoughts and ideas on the various topics, which has helped keep the learners interested. Few technical issues with MS Teams, not the tutors fault, but has found solutions to most of the issues. The addition of the MS PowerPoint slides has also helped as the course manuals are in-depth. No real negatives other than the MS Teams issue.

Great trainer

Training material was really good. Just the Finance part was not quite clear of how it was bringing and added value. The facilitator was amazing with lots of experience and was very open and engaging.

The pace and content was sorted, matched with an informative commentary that was 'natural' and not forced, this created an engaging atmosphere, we are all trainers so there was a little banter which enhanced the day of good learning. Well done Peter.
