Trainers were very knowledgeable and kind. Understood it was my first time presenting infront of people and gave me much more confidence.

Overall the training received and the content of the course was impressive. The Trainers created an open positive learning environment which appeared to be beneficial to all learners. I personally felt we could have spent more time on the content and structure of the training but understand the time constraints of the two day course.
