I believe the course was insightful and interesting. Only thing to note: would be I would have found interesting how to handle certain ‘complaints’ examples - and how to handle or deal with them (the language to use)

Very engaging and George was very thoughtful in regards to the heat and it being a long day. Very interesting points and skills learnt and also he was very quick to adapt them to our business in order for us to be able to relate. Very valuable and I feel very empowered to grow with my team now.

The tutor, Becky Pitt, was great and her use of personal examples to illustrate first-aid scenarios was very effective! Her experiences as a Community Responder make her a natural.
