The course provided the time to reflect and re-evaluate on my values and to consider my own emotional intelligence. The tasks were interesting and helped me to understand how others perceive me and how I perceive others and how to regulate my emotions/behaviours. Very engaging and interesting course with lots of interaction and useful tips

The Slide and the Course material needed to be aligned with Page numbers. It was difficult to find some pages relating to the slide deck.
