More emphasis should be placed on practising the exam questions at the end of each lesson. And perhaps should be submitted each week. With the risk assessment process. A risk assessment should be completed for each hazard and checked each week rather than just read through the text book.

Some quite heavy material but was communicated in a really engaging way. Information was very useful to my overall understanding and I will certainly be able to apply it to my role. James was a great facilitator and clearly knew what he was talking about.
