Loved the four models and the Values Discovery process which was a real surprise and provided some deep insights. l liked the exercises about empathy which helped me to explore it practically. Understanding how Why? fits with motivation was also fascinating. The depth of discussion was really useful for us as a group .

Really great ideas and information thank you which will help me in my job.

The Slide and the Course material needed to be aligned with Page numbers. It was difficult to find some pages relating to the slide deck.

Lots of useful tips which would make a difference in the way I deal with people or situations

I enjoyed it all, the mind is fascinating and love exploring learning new things about how humans work.
