Very informative course with lots of opportunities for delegates to engage with each other and the trainer. George was very knowledgeable and engaging.

I found the course we had today with George was very professional and we learnt new ways and skills to help manage customer complaints. The amount of useful information used I found to be very effective and I will use them in my practice. Overall it was an outstanding course.
