Really enjoyed the course. It was well structured and the trainer engaged everyone in the course.
Lots of opportunities to reflect and share experience as well as how to cope with the challenges. Lots of thoughts during the lesson. Thanks a lot!
On the whole, the course content was good, however there were a number of errors in the learner manuals, particularly around the dates of legal regs.
Great trainer. Tried to implement real life examples and tailored the course to our industry
Thoroughly enjoyed the training session, Lynne is very professional with her delivery and has a vast amount of knowledge. Both Jane and Burcu made the experience very enjoyable.
I would like to thank to our lovely instructor Lyne. She is amazing
