Very informative and entertaining very good course and trainer.

George was fun, engaging and knowledgeable!

Really enjoyed the course which made me think outside of the box and at the bigger picture. I was able to bring past experiences and use them in the course to help me understand how I can use the course to further my customer service knowledge .

Although the course does not fully relate to the job I am doing, the knowledge is useful to have and was conveyed well.
