Good course, although this is the 2nd time I've attended in 3 months as my certificate wasn't produced.
A good well presented course with plenty of information however it would have been beneficial if the information on the screen mirrored the information in the booklet. Having said this the facilitator acknowledged this and plans to get updated documentation / presentation
Course information needs updating in certain areas as instructor had to correct what the documents were saying sometimes
