After previous training in similar fields, it was like visiting a section of a library that I never knew existed. Alun made what I thought was going to be a very boring course actually fun and interesting. His stories and examples helped clear up confusion and helped me to remember the amount that I did. He was very knowledgeable, polite and had ears/time for everyone.
