George was an amazing Trainer, very knowledgeable and really got the team to engage in the material. I feel we will be able to go forward and implement what we have learned in a positive way.

Really enjoyed the course which made me think outside of the box and at the bigger picture. I was able to bring past experiences and use them in the course to help me understand how I can use the course to further my customer service knowledge .
