Overall I really enjoyed and loved the session. It was very engaging and I learnt a lot. I was able to question myself on a lot of different aspects and found a lot of answers on how to provide great customer service.

Slides could be improved

Neil Etheridge is an engaging, very funny and an outstanding teacher. He made the course enjoyable and explained things in very straightforward and entertaining way. Highly recommended
