I really enjoyed the course and feel the lessons learnt will benefit my greatly in my day to day role as a manager. The content was a good mix of content and activity allowing students to work through and understand each topic with plenty of time for follow up and questions. Matt allowed plenty of time for each person to be part of the training and ensured everyone contributed.
