Use of exercises and numerous breakout groups was excellent. Group make-up was tailored between the different exercises so that experiences of different people and their varied organisations could be shared and explored. Groups were also assigned with fellow colleagues for specific tasks which was hugely beneficial. This variation made the learning experience very enjoyable and relevant. Thank you.

Good and engaging training session. I will be applying some of the techniques learnt in this session into my daily work.
