Great interaction with Dave - the knowledge will help me immensely with delivering any training. Dave was informative, funny, and very approachable. He used many techniques to motivate the class, and to gain understanding of the training needs via VARK and his examples, practical sessions and powerpoint.

James has led the training so far very well, the course has been engaging and well structured. We have been allowed to discuss our thoughts and ideas on the various topics, which has helped keep the learners interested. Few technical issues with MS Teams, not the tutors fault, but has found solutions to most of the issues. The addition of the MS PowerPoint slides has also helped as the course manuals are in-depth. No real negatives other than the MS Teams issue.

The pace and content was sorted, matched with an informative commentary that was 'natural' and not forced, this created an engaging atmosphere, we are all trainers so there was a little banter which enhanced the day of good learning. Well done Peter.
