Good Course and Improved my knowledge of abrasive wheels.

I enjoyed the 3 day course will Paul . Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble

George is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had. He kept the course engaging and fun, whilst also keeping it on topic. I found the section surrounding listening particularly engaging, and I will be able to build on that going forward.

Really interesting day with very interesting facts in a relaxed and engaging way.

It made me think about the nature of communication and how we can pick up when the customer states something that is not quite being said.

I enjoyed the course and felt Paul was very informative, it also help that Paul made the course interactive and allowed us to share previous experiences as examples.
