Other courses I have attended it’s hard to keep focus and I get bored however it was not the case with this course. Actually enjoyed it

George was a great facilitator, funny and informative .He told many stories to keep the atmosphere upbeat and interesting. I really enjoyed the 2 day course.

The course was delivered with enthusiasm and I enjoyed the 2 days. We were kept engaged and were involved throughout. At no point was the group left out or lost in the material. Really well run, and easy to follow.

This is an excellent training course. Professional trainer delivered the training and made it easy to relate the content to every day work activities. The content was interesting and interactive - easy to understand and learn from.

Excellent. The only reason I have marked down the first two answers is because I know I won’t find it easy to change long-established behaviors. All WWU managers should attend this course within 12 months of joining the company. Had I attended 5 years ago I would have achieved more and found it easier to manage a very capable but very challenging individual.
