Alun was very engaging and kept what could be quite a dry subject very interesting over three days. The course material is useful and will be easy to refer back to as needed.

Liz was very friendly and genuine. She did a great job at keeping everyone engaged despite the challenges of delivering the course virtually. The only small negative aspect was a difference between workbooks trainees received which resulted in some confusion, but I don’t believe it had any impact on reception of the information overall. Useful and enjoyable course. Five stars :)
