Craig is clearly a very knowledgeable and experienced professional with bags of credibility in the subject matter area. His teaching style was very good and more than appropriate for the audience.

The FMEA activity on the second day was very good

Course material is well presented. however the RA sample could be more representative of how we are being instructed to present our practical assessment
