Tom is a great tutor, goes through everything very clearly and any extra help you may need is not too much trouble.

First week could have been better, there were too many students, and trying to teach Siemens and AB at the same time meant most instructions were not relevant to half the class all the time. Perhaps a day focused on AB and a day focused on Siemens, with all class on matching architecture for that period would work better. Then the next 3 days students choose which system to continue with.

I think the course met my expectations. I appreciate that we was able to get the practical exam done whilst we were in centre and didn’t have to come back at a later date. The theory felt a bit rushed at times and the tutor didn’t make sure that we were on the same page as himself when he was delivering the materials. I think if we were informed that we need a good understanding of how to us GN3 before we attended the centre it would have been easier to keep up with the speed of the delivery.

PLC Course could of been better, i came with no knowledge to write a program so i'm happy with that progression. however first week there was 11 people which was too many candidates. 6 were on simens and 5 on allen bradley, so the first week was very confusing because the instructor had to explain functions for both per 1 instruction. so essentially half of your learning day is irrelevant. if it was planned out better and the equipment was up to date, i could of progressed further.

Wendy Thomas was very professional and simplified everything, making it easy to learn and understand. Would highly recommend!

Tom is a credit to the company. I usually find training dull and boring but the last 4 days I don’t know where the time has gone and looked forward to coming into learn each day. Tom made sure I was happy with things before we moved onto the next part. I had limited knowledge on a lot of the subject but each day it started to click and my knowledge has grown and continues to do so. He was more than happy to answer questions and made me feel comfortable to ask anything and explained it not only in detail but in a way I could understand. I will be continuing to train with your company and also would not hesitate to recommend Tom and yourselves to anyone. The only criticism I have is Tom is a Middlesbrough football fan so have to deduct a bit for that but no one is perfect!!!! 😂. I’m extremely glad I have found your training company and Tom especially and look forward to doing many more courses with yourselves.
