Very good course that I enjoyed and felt deepened my knowledge of PLC's. I think it would be beneficial to do more work on analogue sensors and perhaps integrate them into the final project.

Classroom was very cold. Would have liked to have used newer S7 model/program but still enjoyed going back to S7-200. Great setup with individual laptop having individual plc with individual PB/LED. Would really like to come back for the next level of course.

venue good. On a personal level I feel sometimes when struggling with some aspects of the programming it could have been broken down into simpler language for me to understand.

venue was ok but vending machines for tea was always empty. training was good but very hard for a beginner to take on in a short time, course seemed abit short for those no plc knowledge at all so some sections i feel require extending to ensure its taken in properly

A great course. Steep learning curve for those without an electrical back ground. Felt there was a lot of assumed knowledge, may be worth outlining what knowledge is expected in detail prior to attending the course. Practical sessions were very good. Simon was great at providing extra time for explanation and understanding when I didn’t understand.

A good course, given by a good Tutor. Simon was both knowledgeable and approachable. Enjoyed the course.

The tutor did excellent job in the delivery of the course work while keeping it interesting in a relaxed atmosphere. I found a lot of the screws in the terminals, relays etc very worn making the practical tasks very frustrating at times. I did feel cold in the building. I also don't like the car parking arrangements as I feel that being the customer the staff parking should be at the rear not your customers. On a safety side you are asking as you call us students (customers) to park at the rear where we are unfamiliar with the powder coaters working practices and where to go with their trucks coming in to there site. I would have also thought you would have put some disabled parking spaces near the entrance to the reception. Customers normally get the better parking to make them feel wanted not dumped out the way. Maybe your company doesn't want to welcome the people who pay their wages, if this is the case please let me know and I will let my director know so that he can arrange training at an alternative training centre.
