Alastair (the tutor) was absolutely phenomenal. A down to earth, easily approachable and evidently highly intelligent guy who will spend as much time as you need to answer every detail of any question you may put forward. His way of teaching is smooth and easy to take onboard instead of rushing through things of which I've experienced on previous courses (not with this provider). I couldn't have asked for anyone better to teach this course, 10/10!! (Give the fella a bonus!) The lunch provided was lovely and a great menu was provided as well as free hot drinks which was a great addition. Unfortunately there were no R2 socket testers available which is an essential piece of kit when doing an inspection and testing course, so it made no sense that there were none there. Fortunately one of the guys sitting the course alongside me had one so we kept having to share his. This is the only thing that needs addressing. Otherwise, the other equipment such as Kewtech proving units, MFT's and lock off kits were great. This was the only let down.

Tim was excellent and showed a great deal of knowledge through his calm demeanour and his friendly and helpful style made the course a pleasure even if taxing at times. Mick was a great help on booking the course and made it very easy to attend. I will be booking some additional courses soon for my guys.

Really great course and instruction

Fantastic course. Very informative. Tim was very knowledgeable, professional, also making you feel relaxed & very welcome. All the staff were very friendly. Already looking at other courses available for in the future.

The course was delivered well and the tutor was a subject matter expert, he had patience to help individually and as a group. The equipment was adequate, although it would be a better idea if we all did siemens and Allen Bradley altogether at the same time, a lesser instructor would not have been able to teach both softwares at the same time. If I had one thing I could change in regard to setup, it would be ensuring Display Screen Equipment ( DSE) is in place as the desks, chairs and height of the laptops were in breach of the regulations. Also please could you pass on my thanks to Sam and Dawn as they are a credit to your company. I hope that you will consider Dawn as a representative for your company as a STEM ambassador, as I believe she has a lot of experience that would encouraged more females to take up work in the electrical field, thus encouraging more customers for you in the future in your area.

Great Course and everything from start to finish, was excellent. Tim was an outstanding Tutor with support offered all the way. The administrative Staff were very friendly and always made sure everything was run like an well oiled machine Can't wait to do the Brazing and Welding Course. Well Done to you all, it was worth the extra miles travelled, and would not hesitate to recommend Technique to anyone interested in furthering their Careers or Skills.

I would like to say a warm thank you for organising such an amazing 3-day training session for us. It was very informative and the training material helpful. What I enjoyed the most is how Wendy able to explain and put the entire course in easy to understand format. The process of learning was great and a lot of fun. I look forward to my next training session on Inspection and Testing. Thank you!
